A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle, Eternity by Greg Bear and Red Mars by Kim Stanley Robinson

The books John bought me today at this awesome used book store. They have fluffy fat cats walking around the shop. Unfortunately, Eternity is a second book in a trilogy, so I gotta get the first one. I’ll start on Red Mars and read A New Earth on the side. Now that I have a job, I can pay John back speedily and sincerely.

This book changed my life!!!

Adverse circumstances test our courage, our strength of mind, and the depth of our conviction in the Dharma. There is nothing exceptional about practicing Dharma in a good environment and atmosphere. The true test is if we can maintain our practice in adverse conditions.
